Alba Adriatica, called “Silver Beach” is without doubt one of the most visited locations of the Adriatic coast and counts the largest presence of people in its region, collecting along with cheap accommodation of Alba Adriatica the best of Abruzzi, the quiet, and a clean and clear sea that have led to the Blue Flag of Legambiente.
Often new clients, not knowing Alba Adriatica, wonder if our hotel is Downtown or outskirts; since Alba Adriatica has developed as a tourist center, life was and is focused on its beautiful promenade, which stretches for 3km. From a tourist point of view , the city downtown offers very little, shops are closed at night and most business are not linked together by roads. All of this can be found on the boardwalk, ice cream parlors and clubs, arcades and other attraction for children, this is where all the summer evening events take place, like concerts, shows, markets and the famous Summer Carnival. The Doge Hotel directly on the boardwalk has nearby newsstands, general store, supermarket, bank and post office, bur mainly is located in a quiet district, away from nightclubs, and this is a guarantee for a peaceful night with the window wide open!
